Using spices to complement the flavours from hops and yeast is a tradition in brewing. We paired the citrusy brightness of Toasted Wild Forest Pepper with the rounded warmth of Long Pepper to create our modern wheat beer.
Unfined with a natural haze; vegan friendly.

Keg at the picadilly tap Manchester. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is pollen tart lemon, pithy citrus, wheat grains tangy apple. Ok. Flavour is composed of OS tart tangy berry, apple, hint of sour, hint of vinegar, spicy sour. Bile and vomit lingers. Palate is tart wheat, highish carbonation, pithy acidic for the finish. Pretty bad.

On tap at the brewery tap room. Orange-gold with a wheat haze, spotty lacing from a firm white head. Aroma of citrus, lightly spiced. Fruity flavours with a careful touch of dark spiced. Wheaty backbone. Short bittersweet tail. Decent. (Attending East Bristol Brewery Trail 29.04.2017).
