Tap at Muted Horn. Hazy dark red body, pinkish head. Vanilla-cinnamon combo backed by light berries in the aroma. Creamy taste, berry sweetness and tartness, with hefty vanilla and lighter cinnamon, lingering clean tartness remains with the spice. Good stuff, not sure I liked some combos happening in the taste, so just 3.8, but this is undeniably tasty and fun!

Bottle. Pours clear crimson magenta, small white pink head, decent lacing. Aroma is berries, dust, npr, lactic yogurt funk. Flavor is quite tart, medium lactic funk, muted berries. No cinnamon. Medium body. Improves as it airs. Did not age well.

Real nice boysenberry pie vibes, still some rare barrel finish but great jammy front that lingers.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark rusted red with a small white head. Aroma is unusual, with vanilla beans and cinnamon upfront, with some blueberries and boysenberries. Flavour is along the same lines, with fairly intensely tart and acidic berries, with a bit of blueberries. I like the use of adjuncts here -- cutting down the acidity well. Pretty good.

Draught at Trillium, Roslindale, 2/1/18.
Very pretty, chalk-powder-violet-blueberry color shows good clarity and a small, violet-tinged, beige head that immediately recedes.
Fruit skin, light brett and lactic acid join a big peppery, light vegetal finish with lots of malic acid, as well. Cinnamon-vanilla is quite strong with bare, cracker and minimal, somewhat woody oak notes lingering, as well. Fruit seems incredibly highly attenuated, making you wonder how long this has sat in barrel and/or keg.
In the mouth it's quite cinnamon-forward, with strong barrel tannin, vanilla and almost zero malt depth. Thin as hell, with spicy cinnamon, tart, nearly astringent berry skins and just a pinch of juice and actual fruit character on the very end. Low, lightly engaging carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy purple with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong blueberry, currants, oak. Medium body, jammy, berry, oak, funk, vanilla, earth, nice sourness, enjoyed this.
