Brewed for our first birthday. We wanted a chocolate birthday cake in a glass. Lactose and Cacao nibs have been used to add a sweet richness to this stout. Best enjoyed after extinguishing candles.

Keg at the brewery. Pours black, nose is caramel, roasted, chocolate, cream, taste is sweet, creamy, roasted, thin.

5.5abv... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing... Soft sweet dry chocolate roast malts nose... Dark roast.. Light dry chocolate roast malts.. Light coffee

Half @ GRAF. Dark brown with an off white head. Sweet roasted malt aroma. Flavour is sweet, milky, roasted malt. Good

Black beer, not much head. Light, malt aroma with a touch of bitter coffee. Taste is sweet chocolate, a dash off coffee, some earthy malt. A touch thin and there’s not a lot of aftertaste but it’s decent enough.
