Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - deep golden, steady carbonation. Nice fluffy head. Nose - oranges, perhaps apricots. Slight cakey underlay. Taste - more orange, cake and orange pith at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied, tangy through the middle and finish. Overall - decent IPA.

Cask at Cloisters. Clear golden body with a thin off-white head. Very faint lacing. Aroma of honey, orange and apricot. Flavour of tinned orange and a sour, tangy finish. Thin body with an oily texture. Just ok. I’ve tried much more punchy, easy drinking IPAs.
