This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Bottle @ Hallinghansens US Tasting, Odense. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy white head and lacings. Sweet and yeasty with a hint of barnyard and lemon. Dry end. Good! Re-Rate Ulfborg Sep-12. Fruity and oaky. A bit fizzy. Tasty.

Aroma: The nose is sweet peach/fruit notes, some sour fruit, wood, and Belgian yeast
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear golden-orange color with a fluffy white head and coating lace
Flavor: The taste starts off sweet, hits you with a bit of sourness, and turns back to a sweet finish
Palate: This one is medium bodied, a little stickiness, a soft carbonation, slight heat, and a tingly finish
Overall Impression: Overall, I thought this was a rather interesting beer. It worked pretty well, probably better then I thought it would. It wasn't overly sweet, just a solid offering.

Sampled both on tap and from a bottle. Rating is from tap, marked at 10.5% ABV. Pours with a clear copper body with a small, lightly off-white head (bottle version had very high carbonation and a large rocky head). Aromas are very fruity, estery, caramel, malty with a good hit of alcohol. Flavors are malty, very sweet, medium esters and bitterness. Light peach notes. Lots of caramel. Big hot and boozy. Medium to thick bodied.

This brew is a hazy apricot-yellow color with a medium thin and somewhat fizzy off-white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of yeast and peaches. Rich and smooth body with flavors of ripe peach, lemons, yeast and some oak. The finish is fruity with a wheat and lightly spiced yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle thanks to someone who escapes my mind. Pours a slightly hazy orangish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of dry wine and a hint of peach with backing spices and a bit of yeasty bread. Flavor was similar with a good amount of wine and a decent amount of yeast as well backed by some peaches and a bit of bread.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey color ale with a nice thick foam head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of peach puree is quite intense and quiet sweet as well. Taste is bizarrely not as intense on peach with a nice mix between some funky notes with a slightly oversweet malt base with subtle peach in the background. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Chardonnay and champagne yeast notes are very hard to distinguish and the beer maybe a tad too sweet but this is an interesting experience after all.

22oz bottle-thanks to jtclockwork for sharing–pours a foamy off white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is musty peach, wood, bread. Taste is lots of carbonation up front before any flavor. Peaches in alcohol, light malt/wheat, some hops balance. 7//4/6/2/12=3.1 Swirling to take down overwhelming carbonation. 7/4/7/4/13=3.5

Bomber courtesy of douglas88. Pours deep clear gold with effervescently full tall white head. The aroma offers up spicy yeast, prickly anise and some vague fruitiness that is likely the peach intermingling with various fruity ester notes. The taste has a nice load of seemingly fresh peach followed by a bit of spicy anise, tart yeasty spice, sugar sweetness and getting more and more sweet nectar like into the finish.

2400th rating. Bottle shared with jcwattsrugger. Pours gold. Fizzy white head. Nose is initially nothing. After some swirling, dry wood pops up, followed by yeast and peach pits. Taste is the same, but the peach flavor is better described as peaches soaked in alcohol. Beer is way overcarbonated. After twenty minutes of swirling, it improves to a very drinkable beverage.
