This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Sweet peachy nose, again this slightly rubbery off note that I also detected in the Brainless on Cherries. Rich body, lively carbonation, sweet peaches and a little yeast. Do I also pick up a little wild yeasts? Some warming alcohol in the finish. 100912

Refrigerated 22 oz. brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours slightly hazy golden with peach hue and big fluffly bright white head. Little lacing, medium body, well carbonated, and light peach aroma. Taste is light peach, oak, alcohol, and bitter finish. Expected a lot more here.

Sampled on tap at PIB, pours a cloudy yellow / orange with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, doughy malt and light peaches. Flavour has a spicy edge that the cherry version doesn't have, with Belgian yeast and doughy malt. Not as much depth as the cherry one. Decent.

This beer was so expensive that I avoided buying it - thankfully it was at SAVOR. So okay, poured from the bottle, the visual appearance is great. Orange/amber color, foamy white head. Aroma is overly ripe peaches and peach juice - sweet fruits. Flavor was, overly ripe might be the best way to put it. Yeast notes, that’s about it. I have really enjoyed the other Brainless beers better.

Cloudy yellow. Fruity with a strange tanginess, peach skin like tannin notes.

Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Peach and yeast aroma with fruity esters. Big peach flavor with light malt and light yeast. Medium bodied. Big peach and sweet malt lingers with light yeast. A bit too one dimensional for me with the peaches and fruity esters becoming too much.
