22oz bottle, split amongst friends. Poured a reddish color, clear, with a white pink head. Aroma was very light raspberries, sweet malt notes. Flavor was fresh raspberries, malts, and booze. I wish this one hadn’t had the ABV that it does, as I think it overpowers some of the subtle notes that were found in the beer’s flavor. Good otherwise.

Bottle. Pours with a clear pink hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are of raspberries, slightly medicinal, alcohol, grainy, and lots of belgiany esters. Low phenol. Flavors are bitter, pretty dry with tannic raspberry seeds. Lively body and dry (thankfully compared to earlier batches of the other two), and a bit thin.

22oz bomber from Sun Devil pours with a clear pink sort of red candy body supporting a very short lived white with pinkish hue head. The aroma is full up sugary candy berries, raspberries I suppose, with little else going on except maybe more sugary sweetness. The taste is largely the same, unfortunately. I get raspberry like sugar coated candy with just fleeting snippets of fruit tartness. It seems to end up leaving a saccharin like sugary film behind after each taste. This is not for me.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a clear dark berry color with a medium sized frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart berries, bready malts and something plastic and off-putting I can’t quite exactly place. The taste is tart berries, cherries, citrus, faint pale malts. Medium bodied. Sadly I just can’t get into these Brainless beers.

Bottle at RBWG 2013, thanks to Craig. Pours clear, pink-gold with a fine, white foam head. Nice, clean raspberry aroma. Medium sweet flavor, a touch sugary, lightly tart, hints of earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, light tartness, some fruity sugars. Not bad.

Taste: Raspberry, plastic, sulfur and some hot alcohols, dry finish
