Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Etre. Pours mostly clear deep gold with a small, foamy white head. Nice classically styled saison, lots of Belgian yeast, cracked wheat, some husky bitterness, straw, a little citrus peel, phenolic notes. Medium bodied with active carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more dried wheat flakes, saison yeast expression, grass, hay. Hits the spot.

hazy golden to orange colour, large of-white head; aroma of linden honey, earthy, grainy and slight citrusy notes; taste has the same notes with definite hoppy bitterness; goon one!

Brilliant white rocky head stayed on a hazy, finely carbonated light golden body. Light citrus, pepper, lemon & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, highly carbonated on the palate with a dry clean finish. Bitter/Sweet citrus, hay, yeast, funk, outdoors & lemon tastes.

Very slightly hazy golden beer, thin white head and a veeery light, bitter smell. Taste is dry, bitter and bready with some light citrus. There's not a heck of a lot else to it. It's fine but no more.

Bottled 330ml (Beer Republic, BB 05/2019)
A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is oddly glueish with green apple and vinegar. Light-bodied. Saison yeast, grass, cardboard, tartish green apple. Not in top condition I suppose,
