A classic Belgian style, expressing typical spicy notes complimented by a lovely late honeydew nuance that dances on the tongue leading to a long citric finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Etre. Pours mostly clear deep gold with a small, foamy white head. Nice classically styled saison, lots of Belgian yeast, cracked wheat, some husky bitterness, straw, a little citrus peel, phenolic notes. Medium bodied with active carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more dried wheat flakes, saison yeast expression, grass, hay. Hits the spot.

Very slightly hazy golden beer, thin white head and a veeery light, bitter smell. Taste is dry, bitter and bready with some light citrus. There's not a heck of a lot else to it. It's fine but no more.
