This beer is a collaboration between Fyne Ales & Inver Restaurant. It is inspired by the beers of Belgium, where Inver owners Pam & Rob, used to live, work & drink.
A golden farmhouse ale brewed with spelt, fermented with a Belgian yeast strain & matured over the winter in an open tank exposed to the wild micro flora of Argyll. Aromas of ripe peaches with more stone fruit on sipping, ending in a dry, crisp & slightly tart finish. Carbonation is soft. This beer is evolving in the bottle.

750ml bottle from Appellation Wines, Dalry Road. Shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours pale gold with a light haze and a thin white head. Aromas of yeast esters, spiced orange, peach, something herbal. Taste is creamy, peach yoghurt, touch of lime, kiwi, gooseberry. Lovely palate. Long fruity finish.
