Draft @ Epic Brewing Denver Taproom, Denver, CO. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma with weak piney hints. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

On tap at Beermongers. I understand the title. Footbalm and I once escaped to College Liquors. I was able to hide about 50 beers in various places around my place and somehow convince the wife I only picked up a sixer! That was nearly 7 years ago! Anyway, pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A light resinous nose with some floral elements. Clean, oranges, big resin, some easy apricot, low bitterness. Solid brew. Nice job guys.

Nice, easy drinking

Tap at GABF 2013. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is strong malt liqourice hop. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a weak watery hop bitter palate. Not a great IPA IMO.

Draft sample at Epic Brewing taproom, Denver. Pours hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, resin, caramel malt, orange peel. Flavour is light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bomber, for about tree fiddy - hazy orange with a substantial, fluffy lace - nose is bready, doughy, but with enough peppery, green, woody, zesty hoppiness punching through to make it inviting - sadly, the same cannot be said of the flavor - it is quite densely yeasty and dull - there is a nice creaminess to the texture, as well as a dry, somewhat biting mineral character - however, the only aspects of the hops that come through are the acidity and bitterness - their flavor is swallowed up in the muddled malts and yeast - it has potential, but hopefully the stuff coming out of the new Denver facility will begin go improve over this.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a nice, lasting, khaki head. Big spicy/piney, dank/weedy, grapefruity, resiny hoppy aroma. Orange candy, a bit thick toasted malty, spicy grapefruit-forward hoppy flavor. Some resin, bread, a bit goopy, bready yeast. Smells nice but the flavor is a bit syrupy/goopy. A lot of bitterness on the finish that lingers. Not too hard to drink but not something I’d by again. Update: As it warms up, some fucken veggie notes come out. Goddammit.
