Made with classic Pacific Northwest Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood in the boil and dry hopped with more Cascade hops. Cascade aroma dominates the nose, so be sure to sniff it like a wine snob. Plenty of ultra premium Maris Otter malt and three specialty malts give the beer a nice smooth sailing biscuit like aroma and body, some sweetness, well balanced against 5.8% alcohol by volume.

22oz Bottle Thanks to Sam. Pours out a rich golden topped with a small cream head. Aroma was of citrus hops, caramel malts, and a little floral. Taste was more of the citrus and sweetness. I have to say Epic is putting together some really good APA’s.

Courtesy of douglas88. Pours clear deep gold with copper hues and nice full off white head. The aroma has nice notes of sharp citrus hops of grapefruit, tangelo and pineapple as well as modest notes of malt roastiness in the background. The taste has rich citrus hops on top and roasty malts and mild malty sweetness underneath. Very solid pale ale if not a superior IPA.

Appearance: Slightly hazy golden with a nice white head and nice amount of lacing
Aroma: Floral, yeast and some pale malts
Taste: Floral with some sweet malts
This is a great pale ale. I would put it up there with some of the best Pale Ales I’ve had. Well balanced. Crisp and clean.
