Cask at the Ale House, Chelmsford. Pours dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of dark fruit, malt, pine, sherry, marzipan and wood. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Decent stuff but pretty heavy going getting through a pint.
