330 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, melon, strawberry, white wine, hay, herbal, grass, light pepper, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops, fruity yeast, and light pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest, peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, melon, strawberry, white wine, hay, herbal, grass, light pepper, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness. Light lactic tartness and grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest, peach, apricot, pineapple, mango, melon, strawberry, white wine, hay, herbal, grass, pepper, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity yeast, and light pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/bitterness balance; and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from tart/bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and very light body; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly grainy/sticky/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.8%. Overall this is a very nice hoppy Berliner weisse. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity yeast, and light pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mild acidity. Not as lactic as I was hoping for the style, even if it was the brewers intent. This is still very flavorful and complex for the really low ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

330ml bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a small frothy white head. Sour tart citrusy fruity aroma, follows through to the taste exactly, lemon and orange, light yeast. I’m not a big fan of sour beers so for me this is the perfect amount of sourness, nice and tart but not face-destroying, lively carbonation, light body. Very drinkable, refreshing summery beer.

Bottle from BrewDog online store, drunk at home. Light to mid-yellow, hazy with a little cloud of loose-ish white head on top. Lemons, light funk and a metallic hint to the aroma. Taste is a light funky sour with gentle citrus sweetness around the edges. Short to medium dry finish. Kumquat peel and filmjölk in the aftertaste. I have to say that while this was certainly decent, I wasn’t blown away by it. Complex, but muted.
