Nice fresh sourish beginning. Smooth and mild, sessionable with a soft lactic sourness over a great fresh smooth mild body. Nice refreshing in the aftertaste, round and smooth with a nice sourish mild ending. Nice.

(Bottle) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with white bread, passion-fruit, lemon, hay and flowers. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of lemon, passion-fruit, hay, bread and a dry finish with a light tartness and a low bitterness. Light body, dry. Well balanced, tasty and refreshing, with a gentle sourness. Nice one

330 ml bottle. Pours with a cloudy, bright golden color and a small white head. The nose is sour-fruity: lemon, grapefruit-peel, some peaches and pineapple with aroma of wine-vinegar. nice citrus-sour taste, acidic notes, yeast. Started good.
