(330ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Jan 22 2016) Pours hazy medium gold with a big lacy white head of froth. Aroma is lemon, tropical fruits, lime peel, light lacto, some softly yeasty bread. Flavour is dominated by farily lightly tart lemon, citrus peels, a bit of grain, lactic touches, some orange flesh and tropical fruit in the middle. Finish is light to moderate sourness, lemon, grassy hops, some grain and a moderate mineral crispness. Light bodied, not too watery for the ABV. Not a particularly sour Berliner but the hopping helps give it a kick, and it’s a lot more drinkable than many of the style without additions are. Refreshing brew.

Pours a hazy straw yellow color, topped with a medium sized foamy white head, relativly quickly dissipating. Dusty soury nose. Apple quality mostly. Slightly yeasty presence with some noticeable spices. Taste is slightly soury, not to exaggerated , with some fruity feel. Failry light body, extra fresh and easy to drink. Likeable.
