No head, just some bubbles. Nice reddish color, hazy. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, sorrel, mild vinegar, sour raspberries, grass, oak, raspberry syrup. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, berry skin, vinegar, sour raspberries, unripe gooseberries, lemon, oak, minerals, citrus acid, soda powder. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Very nice!

Bottle @ Delirium Café, Brussels. Red/pink colour, no foam. Soft carbonation. Aroma of balsamic vinegar, red berries and raspberries. Starts bit sweet but with a very acidic aftertaste. Refreshing and good but a bit too sour.

Kveldens nest siste flaske delt på RBHD-samlinga hos Asle Bjørn: nesten ikke skum. Lys gyldenrød. Ekte bringebæraroma, her er der ingen billige tilsetninger. Sursyrlig smak som varer (tross fravær av karbonering) helt ned til Fridtjofens fortøyning. Holder balansen som en linedanser. Kveldens nest beste (den siste var også den beste).

Sampled from bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub thanks to Jean Paul. Hazy dark pink to reddish color, virtually no head. Nicely aroma of red fruit and especially raspberry. Taste is very nice as well: a fine mix between sourness and sweet raspberry. Lightly dry, decent body and carbonation. Quite pleasant.

Shared 375 ml green bottle at local tasting. Colour somewhere between pink and red, no head. Strong and intense aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also brettanomyces / farmhouse notes. Minimal carbonation. Lovely sour flavour, notes of raspberries and lemons.

375ml bottle from Vanuxeem, drunk in the garden on the hottest day of the year so far. Pours cherryade red, no head. Vibrant raspberry aroma, tart ripe raspberry taste with razor-sharp sour lingering on the tongue and slight funk on the finish. Refreshing but slightly too sour for me.

Bottle bought some place I can’t remeber. pours tiny hazy reddish orange with a thin pinkish offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crakers, raspberries, lemon juice, hay, raspberry hard candy, dry soil, leather and lemon zest. Taste is very sour and fruity with crackers, ripe raspberries, lemon juice, unflavoured yoghurt, hay, unripe blackberries, dry soil, rubber, lemon zest and hints of horse blanket. mouthfeel is dry, tart, mouth-puckering and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with crackers, lemon juice, raspberries, hay, dry soil, raspberry pits, lemon zest and hints of rubber. Surprisingly sour with a nice raspberry element.

Clear red with no head. Aromas of straw, raspberry, barnyard funk and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, raspberry, light barnyard and a hint of citrus with a smooth dry tart lingering raspberry finish.

RR 01/07/18. Was 3.4 now 3.7 ... pretty sharp shit. Bottle split down the Kernel, thanks to Matteo, 31/05/14. Hazed dark crimson with moderate off white spotting. Nose is raspberry jam, tarte berry fruits, light smoke, jammy berry, damp straw. Taste comprises tarte raspeberry, light oaky woodness, earthy, light smoke, tangy berry, faint acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte drying vinous berry tang in the shutdown. Decent enough fruit lambic.
