Bottle into the snifter showing moderately filtered salmon pink with no head. The nose shows strongly tart notes of light raspberry and horse blanket. The palate is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Strongly tart and acidic with flavours of very light raspberry and horse blanket.

Bottle, vintage 2016. Pours pinkish amber. Aroma is purest raspberry yoghurt, incredible. Body is medium, soft raspberry, but oddly funky and really tart and sour. Yoghurt vinegar palate. Starts extremely well and turns quite odd. A mixed bag.

2016: Clear bright red with no head. Aroma is light raspberry, brown sugar, oak. Taste is pure vinegar sourness. Very sour and not really drinkable. 2017: Hazy red with little white head. Aroma is intense raspberry, marmelade, some yoghurt. Taste is sour raspberry with noticeable traces of vinegar. Drinkable but too sour as well. Rating for the 2017 version.

Sample from bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2017. Slightly hazy dark red colour with some pink bubbles on top. Tart, fruity aroma with raspberries, citrus, wooden notes. Taste is sour. Medium bodied. Finishes tart fruity with raspberries and dry, wooden notes. Nice.

Light red-pink colour with no head. Aroma is very floral and has plenty of raspberry. Very tart. Slight acid burn. Nice flavour but too much acid.

Botella 37.5 cl en Cimmeria 07..04..2017. (r403). Embotellada en abril 2016 sin Fcpref Color ámbar anaranjado turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores suaves ácidos y maltas secos con ligeros toques frutas del bosque. Cuerpo seco ligero fácil de beber con bastante sabor aunque algo apagado con poco gas. 6 vol. Bastante buena. Para repetir.

8/16 bottle. Moody red, no head. Aroma of raspberries, bracken, lemony funk, some vinegar, some acetone (there doesn’t need to be much). Flat. Nice fruit initially but gets blown past. Woody and stemmy, very strongly sour with a rough acid edge. Some good things but this is punishing and past the point of enjoyment. Struggled to finish 375ml.
