On cask at the Blue Blazer. Appearance - hazy golden with a nice head. Nose - lemon and salt mostly. Taste - lemon and custard notes with a salty back note. The black pepper is elusive. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long tangy finish. Overall - the black pepper is just about there but could be more prevalent. Mer black pepper on next one please!
