330ml bottle from Appellation Wines, Dalry Road. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin but persistent white head. Aromas of yeast, bread, gooseberry. Taste is light sour up front, more yeast and bread, gooseberry tang. Creamy texture, light sweet finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. First of many for 2017. Appearance - cloudy almost muddy golden brown. Thin head. Nose - gooseberry and some yeasty tangy notes Taste - more gooseberryand hefe yeast notes. Light sourness. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - interesting and quite good. But more interesting than good.
