Standing firmly on the east coast end of American IPAs, our India Pale Ale emphasizes balance. An insistent malt character from traditional floor-malted English barley harmonizes with a generous amount of Chinook and Amarillo hops. Fruity and aromatic, our IPA is perfectly balanced.

12oz bottle pours out a hazy dark amber topped with a off white head. Aroma of light hops and paper. A little flower on it also a odd bitter tast at the end. Pretty tasty Thanks Indiana_Red

Bottle pours a hazy orange tan with a very large creamy off white head. Nice sweet heavy malty aroma with lots of orange citrusy hops as well. A little soapy. Flavor is quite sweet and carmely. A strong late bitterness that is not very apealing. The rather high ABV comes through a bit as well but is not obtrusive. Moderate carbonation and a fairly heavy feel otherwise.

This is the first beer from this company to impress me. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-bronze color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was sweet piney and fruity hops. Very nice aroma. The flavor was pine, grapefruit, caramel and hints of pepper. The finish was bitter, hoppy and drier than the front and middle. The beer was surprisingly full bodied.

Wow, I have just realized why I was really drunk that one night. I had this beer out of a keg and had no idea that its alcohol content was so high. There would have been no way to tell that the alcohol content was that high. Lovely bitter taste, full bodied, but pale. Not really a complex beer, but one that I would definately like to try under more introspective circumstances.

Didn’t seem to taste as alky as it says. Probably my least favorite of my variety pack. First bottle seemed flat then next a little fizzy. Then next was about right carbonation. Then, next, then, next, then.... A little better than your average pale yellow american beer. IPA is not my fave. Will not buy again.

12 oz. bottle. Citrus flavor. Compared to other IPAs I’ve had this was pretty subtle. Gotta say that this was a fantastic one regardless.

Thanks to whoever left this one after the Tennessee tasting! Pours hazy amber/orange with a creamy off-white head. Fruity sweet caramel malt aroma with some nice floral hops. Clean fragrant and lightly bitter overall. More sweetness at the beginning, finishes dry. Typical IPA for the other coast, but overall a decent beer.
