On tap at WTF V . Pours a cloudy orange with frothy off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strawberry seed, lacto, oak. Thin, tart strawberry, lacto, light acidity, very good.

Draft at Toronado as part of the Boneyard night. One of the cool breweries I had the luxury to visit in my days, and I can’t think of many breweries I’m more proud to support. Reddish orange pour with a fizz ring head. Sour earthy funk aroma that I couldn’t perfectly describe if I tried. Maybe cherry too? Flavor is more funk than sour. Like a mild Flanders. Good beer overall, but lacking partially in a few key sour beer areas. Sourness scale 3/10. Pretty good.
