Golden color. Hop aroma, with a resiny and animal character, manure. Strong body, but the mouthfeel is a bit oily; the malt flavor is also a bit chewy, heavy, earthy; strong resiny bitterness.
It’s the kind of DIPA that gets cloying quite quickly.

Draught at CBC 2014. Almost clear orange liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of tangerine, citrus, bread and mango. Taste is dry and high bitter with notes of tangerine, fresh hops and mango. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Great.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours golden with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, sweet fruity hops, peach, passion, pine. Flavor is malt, light caramel, fresh fruity hops, peach, passionfruit, pine, light alcohol. Full body, average carbonation, dry bitter finish with some alcohol. 020514

Sample at CBC 2014. A bit hazy orange/amber with a small head. Hoppy aroma and taste of pineapple, grapefruit, mango and hay. The finish was dry, hoppy and bitter.

Taste is fresh fruity hoppy, grassy, citrusy and resinous with some pine and caramely malts. Finish is smooth, hoppy and grassy with some resinous and pine notes. Quite good and balanced DIPA.
