330 ml bottle. Pours s slightly hazy copper color with moderate head. Aromas of dry caramel, candied fruit, doughy malts and light pine. Flavors of toasted malts and stale fruity hops with a grassy bitterness. Need to try a fresher one...

0,33 l bottle from Bierpost, best before 15/4/2016. Clear, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, tan to white head. Intense and fruity aroma of tangerine, mango, grapefruit and resin with gentle peppery and alcoholic notes. Sweetish taste of tangerine and mango with a remarkable resiny, malty background. Rather long and bitter finish of grapefruit with some sharp, peppery, alcoholic notes that are not yet disturbing. Medium to full body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Nice IPA with a heavy body for that abv, but lacking fruitiness in the taste and offering a bit of unnecessary sharpness. Still decent.

Ho.Ly. Shit. Found a dusty old notebook from my 2010/2011 era (the cat one :D) and randomly browsed through it, before running into a couple of pages that mostly weren’t used randomly in the middle of it... only a single review on them... I check it out and, sure enough, I haven’t entered it for some reason. Weird. In any case, +1 rating from, around September 17th 2010. No idea where apart from the fact that it was in Copenhagen. So, this poured a hazy orange/amber body. A nice, balanced interplay of malts and hops in the aroma, peachy and yoghurty. Soft, creamy grainy yoghurty background, solid aromatic hoppiness (slightly too messy handwriting here), ending in a slightly dusty bitterness, quite tasty and balanced stuff.

Bottle. Pours hazy hazelnut amber with large white head. Aroma is extremely hopy with notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, flowers, grass, resin, wet paint, soap and strawberry bubblegum but also some malt, biscuits and freshly baked warm bread. Taste is initial light sweet then medium to very bitter and medium acidic from the lively to fizzy carbonation. Body is oily. Finish is long, very bitter and medium sweet with notes of caramel, brown sugar, lemon, orange juice, bitter grapefruit, spruce and resin. Very well balanced!

A dark orange colour. A head is big, dense and blond. The nose has mangos, peaches, grapefruits, nice fructose, also rough pine, some caramell. Balanced, tropical and aromatic. Taste is tropical fruity, peaches, but not so strongly as aroma, more rough, pine needles, some glue. The bitterness is rising in the end that is piney, strongly bitter with some dry resin. Medium bodied, quite fresh. Nice and strongly hopped IPA with enough of aromatic nuancees.
