Lovely bottle art. Great taste. The mouthfeel could be a bit better, slightly watery.

Nett! 8/9/9/9/12/9

Bottle: Amber coloured, smaller to mid-sized off-white head; strong piney-herbal hoppy nose - with an illusion of peppermint - and caramelly-bready background; dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; caramell balancing the herbal-piney finish. Good sip......

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Piney, almost a bit ethereally and herbal hoppy aroma with mildly fruity accents and (cara-)malty background. Bitter flavour with a delicately rounded sweetness, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially cara-malty taste with an aromatic and hearty hops profile; bitter and slightly astringent finish with piney and resiny hops. Intensive IPA. 23.III.11

Medium yellow head, fed by fine, lively carbonation in a hazy foxy-orange beer. Dry hops, C/USA hops, very nice dry orange peel, citrussy and lytchee. Dry hopjuice, but MF intervenes to bestow the flavours of orange(peel) with a very watery background. Misses maltbacking seriously. Bit sticky from the hopoil, but as said, watery. It needs to be hoppy, OK, but it ought to be more than fermented hopjuice.

Bottle from Beermerchants.com. Poured a murky orange colour with a creamy white head and some lace. Piney hops aplenty in the snout coupled with some summer fruit. Caramel malts, more piney hop and a hint of citrus in the flavour which was very drinkable and led to a lingering bitter finish. A little lacking in finesse but tasty stuff on the whole. Get the syringes in and jack up some hops.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV of this Rye IPA is 6.5%. Cloudy orange to amber colour, big to moderate off-white head. Lovely aroma of fruity, piney and resinous American(?) hops. The flavour is very hoppy throughout, as expected - but never too extreme. Piney and resinous notes galore. Some malty sweetness, but not too much. Dry and bitter finish.
