Dark ruby color, thick expresso head. Glueish, fruity, dark berry (plums) aroma. Plummy, alcoholic, sweet touch of wood, licorice. Extremely warming, of course, still young, but already enjoyable. And very interesting what kind of (different) beer can be brewed with Bordeaux yeast by mixing Esra and Rasputin.

draught at EBF 2008 complex "belgian" aroma, looks great, dark with light brown head, so many flavors.. amongst them dark fruits , and the usual belgian suspects, very complex, i loved it.

At EBF 2008, Friday September 12DArk brown color, tan head. OAk, alcohol, sweet scent. Smooth, alcohol, malty taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Black with large beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and vimiou overripe fruits. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, overripe fruits, yeast and alcohol notes. Warming alcohol towards the end.
