Bottle at the xmas tasting. Pours black, nose is tasty lapsang tea, toffee, chocolate, taste is sweet chocolate, rich, dry tea, smoky.

Bottle at the 2nd Annual Garvie Christmas Tasting. Pours black with no head. Aromas of smoke, tar, tannins, meat. Taste is meaty, smoky, chocolate. Boozy finish.

Bottled at Peas and Honey, Malmö. Near black, almost no head. Licorice and smoky Lapsang Souchong tea is what greets the nose. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly chocolate, smoke, tea, brown sugar. Rich and powerful, yet rounded and never assaulting. Milk chocolate and black pepper lingers. Well made, rich, unusual - way to go!
