Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom’s place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy pale yellow. Great lactic aroma, fruity. Tart flavor, dry, lactic, with some smoky wood, fruitiness. Quite light-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.
