We’ve seen a beer trend movement from the uber hopped to the super sour and now it seems we are unable to pick one style over the other. With that in mind, we blended our new batch of Kettle Sour with a mega-hopped pale to create a new kind of monster - Hop & Sour.
A refreshing pale ale with a slight hint of sourness giving extra oomph to those tropical and citrus flavours.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, lime. Taste is sour, more citrus. Light lactic sourness. Clean finish.

Keg at hanging bat... Hazy golden.. Thin white lacing.. Soft fruits nose... Soft zesty fruit.. Light pineapple.. Light lactic... But quite neutral
