Appearance: Black colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Fruit, chocolate, raspberries.
Body: Full body with a creamy mouthfeel, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Sour, raspberries, fruit, chocolate.

Draught @ BBB. Pours viscous pitch black with a creamy dark mocha head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissiapting. Smell is intense, malty and fruity with roasted malts, burnt caramel, toffee, dark roast coffee, luxurious dark chocolate, respberry puree, moist soil and hints of peat and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet, slightly bitter, very tiny sour, malty and fruity. Mouthfeel is round, syrupy, tiny astringent, tiny tart, tiny boozy and near full bodied. Finish is heavy sweet, bitter and tiny sour with tons of luxurious dark chocolate covered raspberries. Has plenty of awesome but sadly is just above the limit on how sweet I can stand. Reduce the sweetness slightly and this’d be a real winner (and still sweet).
