A refreshing hoppy American wheat pale ale brewed with Vic Secret and Mosaic hops. This beer lends juicy tropical flavors such as pineapple, papaya, and passionfruit.

Can. Pours hazy bright yellow with foamy white head, bread aroma, high carbonation, faintly bitter taste with a hint of citrus peel, somewhat thick body, abrupt finish. Not bad, but not great either.

Considering this was an American Pale Wheat Ale, this was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy to bubbly head that dissipated quickly leaving some light stringy lacing that slides immediately.
The smell had a big glossy sweet orange over top of some light speckled grainy and grassy sweet hops.
The taste copied the smell and carried the orange sweetly into the aftertaste and left a sweet wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a clear sessionability about it. Carbonated nicely, pure sweet orange flowed over a wheat base to broaden nicely over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a solid American Pale Wheat ale, maybe nothing over the top but definitely crushable on a hot Spring day.

Enjoyed from can at Browerij Lane in Brooklyn, NY before going to a show at St Vitus which I have no good reason for being at. Appearance is a very cloudy golden amber with a rich white head that laces to the glass. Aroma is rich in citrus hops, wheat notes, but really citrus is the dominating factor. Taste is good, but real citrusy. Almost a little too much citrus. Happy to have had this though!

Crisp, clear light copper coloured body with a ridiculously large, five centimetre tall, super soapy tan coloured head that leaves a very very ugly ’lace’. Aroma of hops, wheat, alcohol, yeast, curacao and a good fresh herb smell as well. Medium-bodied; Strong hop flavours up front of perfumey and lightly grassy notes coupled with a good wheat flavour that shows up very refreshing and finishes with a tad of a citrus character. Aftertaste hits more of the yeast and wheat than anything else, but some lightness is noticeabler throughout with a very easy-to-drink beer. Overall, a very nice wheat ale that shows what this style is about and in my opinion, a very good representative of this style! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Good Beer in New York, New York on 13-July-2014 for US$2,29 sampled back at home here in Washington on 03-October-2014.
