Cask gravity at Craft 100. It pours jet black with a medium white head. The aroma is rich chocolate, rocky road, roasted malts, black forest gateaux and berry. The taste is bitter, rich roasted malts, coffee, mocha, mild acidity, charred wood, umami, dark fruits, berry, brown bread and a touch of spice. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty flavoursome stuff.
