Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of apple pie, toffee and salted caramel. Flavour of rust, lightly roasted malt and fig. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Lacks the depth of the very best Dubbels, but it’s tasty and easy to drink.
