On keg at Ushers. Appearance - hazy golden with a decent head. Nose - lemon and yeast. General yoghurt notes. Grassy floral. Taste - more grassy lemon, lemon herbs even. Dry citrus yoghurt at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - wasn’t sure about the nose, but it delivered pretty well on the taste.

Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange pith, sawdust and a hint of basil. Dry finish. Flavour of peach, minerals and lemon zest. Thin body with a watery texture. Lively fizz. Dry and sharp. Decent.
