Aroma: Clean, slightly woody, slight hints of spice.
Flavour: Initial malt sweetness balanced by bitterness, light toffee notes followed by a lingering secondary bitterness hit that is refreshing rather than overwhelming.
Food Pairing: Spicy foods and barbeque...of course!

Bottle from the Oddbins Beer Shop, Blackheath. Gold pour with a white head. Honey and citrus aroma and flavour, some light sweet spice and caramel notes too. Bitter-sweet linger. Not too bad.

Bottle at the Night of Garbage, picked this up at Tomlinsons Inverness, 20/12/13 up a shit load of stairs ! Clear golden amber with little in the way of a head. Nose is paper and to be fucking specific a telephone directory that’s sat on the back porch for a week or two, hay, enamel, dull caramel. Taste comprises paper, very faint citrus, grass, pretty muted all round. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp closure. This was drinkable, no defects per say, jsut a complete lack of any flavour ... dull dull dull !

Bottle at the Night of Garbage, thanks to Colin? It pours pale golden-amber with a tiny bubbly head. The nose is pretty limited.....sweetish, toasty, sugar paper and light popcorn. The taste is oily, sticky, sweet, grain, dull toast, toffee, and cereal. Lightish body, low carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. Poor condition. Really pretty dull and so-so

500ml bottle shared at home. Pours pale gold with a good white head. interesting nose, but a touch of butterscotch. Floral British hops, vague hints of citrus. Then it goes all bready/toffee malt.

Aroma: Weak aroma of citrus, wood and pale malt.
Appearance: Clear amber body with a medium white head that slowly fades. No visible carbonation. Good lacing.
Taste: Summer fruits - strawberry and peach - with flavours of grain and caramel. Low bitterness.
Palate: Thin body with an oily mouthfeel. Flat carbonation.
Overall: A reasonable beer but not one I’d seek out to have again.
