A collaborative brew with Port Street Brew House (Manchester) and Lervig (Norway) for IndyMan 2015, this is an easy drinking, thirst-quenching pale ale with slight tartness from the gooseberry. This is complimented with loads of Citra and, this re-brew, with Enigma that both give citrus meets white grape fruitiness in aroma and flavour. A made-for-Summer refreshing brew!

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear straw yellow pour with a thin off white head, aroma has a dusting of pine and some tart gooseberry, taste has biscuity malts with some light lemon, tart gooseberry and a hint of pine, very quaffable.
