tap at mikkeller bar. dark brown, smooth small brown head. 2 mild malty and slightly boozy aroma. 6 flavor is very nice. Malty, caramelly, slightly boozy, sweet brown sugar, licorice, roasted notes. 8. Aroma is a bit faint, otherwise a very tasty beer

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an opaque black with a thick and creamy light brown head. Sweet heavy roast aroma with a pleasant whiff of smoke. Solid body, thick roasted malt, some vanilla, licorice and ashes with some malt astringency. Very pleasant and quaffable. I really love when the smokiness is only a subtle touch and not in your face smoky. 190511

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malty to chocolate. Mild smoked and dark chocolate malty flavoured. Thick malty, chocolate and caramelish flavoured. Solid smoked to ashtray. Bitter and herbal finish.
