Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
On cask at Cloisters. Appearance - deep opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate. Taste - dark chocolate, light charcoal, some molasses. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet lightly crunchy texture and a dry balanced finish. Overall - really complex and interesting.
