Black beer with a thin filmy head. Bitter smell of coffee and malt. Flavour is pretty dry, more so than most sweet/milk stouts I’ve had. Rich, earthy malt with chocolate and coffee, the usual creamy mouthfeel and a dark chocolate aftertaste. Very nice.
