Bottle @ DØE meeting. Pours dark amber with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, wood, caramel, sweet dark fruit. Flavor is malt, caramel, little dark fruit, wood, booze, light moldnotes. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, warming alcohol in the finish. 280813

Bottled@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, toffeeish and quite floral with some mild raisins as well. Flavour is a bit nutty, some plum, sweet fruits, wood and mild floral with toffee as well as some slight alcohol as well. Quite a pleasant flavour, although the aroma leaves a bit simple.
