Keg at Ushers. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin ring of white head. Aromas of lemon bubblegum, white pepper. Taste is light sweet, bready. Sorachi coming through on the finish more. Light sweet finish.

On cask at Ushers. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head and a slight haze. Nose - classic white pepper and citrus, possibly pineapple. Taste - more of the same. Slightly sweeter. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good example of the style. Nose beats the taste.
