En cuestión de estilo, nuestra Porter es una “Porter Robusta (Robust Porter)” de aroma ahumado moderado y notas de cacao, café y pan tostados; color café obscuro, opaco, con reflejos de rubí a contra luz y espuma cremosa. Sabor maltoso predominantemente a granos tostados con un toque astringente de ceniza en el tercer tiempo. El amargor es variable, pero por ser un estilo Inglés clásico, es preferible usar variedades de lúpulo tradicionales de ese país.
Nuestra Porter está adaptada para ser un poco más herbal y refrescante que el estilo clásico pero conservando el cuerpo robusto y cremoso, así como el aroma a grano tostado.

Bottle - Bitter sweet dark chocolate, dark molasses and toasty notes. Inky black with almost no head. Dark chocolate notes and some dark fruit. Nice but a bit plain.

Bottle in hotel room cancun July 2015... Dark brown black.. Thick tan head... Soft sweet berries chocolate roast malts nose.. Soft sweet fruits.. Big berries.. Red licorice.. Soft chocolate roast

Bottled. Near black, minimal head. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with plenty of coffee and mid bitter finish. A rather laid back porter.
