Bottle (4.7% ABV) from Deeside Drinks Emporium. Deep amber body with a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of caramel, wood, pot puri and orange peel. Flavour is floral with notes of tangy orange, dried fruits and a faint peppery spice. Medium body with a watery, slightly oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Enjoyable. I’d like to try this on cask.
