Cap’n Cook is a chilli IPA brewed with plenty of crystal and chilli powder in honour of Jesse Pinkman’s alter ego for the Bow Bar’s Breaking Bad Beer Festival. Featuring Australian Ella and Galaxy hops as a wee nod to the original Captain Cook. Extra Aji Amarillo chillies.

Cask at the bow bar... Copper.. Thin tan head... Soft sweet toffee biscuit nose... Soft toffee fruit... Juicy malts.. Soft woody malts nice spice... Soft burn.. Light tip of Tongue tingle burn... Little more open

Cask at the bow bar. Pours pale amber, nose is pepper, taste is orange, quite fruity, lingering heat.

Cask at the bow bar. Pours clear amber with a head. Aromas of light chocolate, green pepper. Taste is more chocolaty than the plain version. Slightly more heat building on the finish.
