Birra ad alta fermentazione, non filtrata e non pastorizzata, dal colore ambrato. Aromi di pompelmo rosa. In bocca un leggero gusto di caramello immediatamente sovrastato da un amaro molto intenso secco e rinfrescante, con note di mango e frutta tropicale. Plato 17,50. Temperatura di servizio 7 - 12 °C. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo, lievito.

Top-fermented beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized, amber color. Aromas of pink grapefruit. In the mouth a slight caramel taste immediately dominated by a bitter intense dry and refreshing, with notes of mango and tropical fruit. Plato 17.50. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast. Serving temperature 7 - 12 °C.

Il colore è ambrato torbido. La schiuma è aderente al vetro, con bolle medie. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza discreta. Il luppolo australiano conferisce profumi non invasivi (ma presenti come retrogusto) di pompelmo rosa. L’equilibrio è sbilanciato sull’amaro, intenso e deciso. L’intensità gustativa è ben sorretta da una buona persistenza. Sensazioni boccali soddisfatte.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of herbal hops, resin. Taste is oily orange. Bitter orange finish.

bottle at home ... golden amber ... big tan head ... soft zezty soapy orange fruit nose.. dry herbaal zezty orange fruit... big dry zezty fruits .. oily fruits

Bottle thanks to the brewery. Appearance - deep amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - mango and grapefruit. Maybe a lime tang. Taste - more mango and the big lime tang is confirmed. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a big tangy and very dry finish. Overall - a very good example of the style.
