Birra ad alta fermentazione, non filtrata e non pastorizzata, dal colore ramato carico e schiuma avorio, cremosa e persistente. Aromi complessi di malto caramellato, zucchero candito, frutta matura, uva passa, banana, chiodo di garofano, liquirizia, che si ritrovano in bocca con un corpo pieno e caldo. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, orzo, zucchero candito, luppolo, sciroppo d’acero, lievito. Temperatura di servizio 7 - 12 °C. Plato 19.00.

Top-fermented beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized, copper color and ivory foam, creamy and persistent. Complex aromas of caramel malt, sugar candy, ripe fruit, raisins, banana, clove, licorice, which are found in the mouth with a full body and warm. Ingredients: water, barley malt, barley, candy sugar, hops, maple syrup, yeast. Serving temperature 7 - 12 °C. Plato 19:00.

On tap@ Festa della Birra di Rozzano. La forza olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva sufficiente. La frizzantezza è a bollicine fini. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la durevolezza gustativa è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è felpato, lungo e complesso. Il retrogusto è persistente. Tutti gli elementi conducono a definirla una buona birra.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and breadish. Toasted malty. Roasted, breadish and sweet malty. Breadish and caramelish finish.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of dark sugar, faint tang of urine. Taste is light sweet. Sweet finish, bit thin.

bottle at home ... dark brown ... thin tan lacing ... soft sweet toffee ...soft dark roast nose ... soft toffee fruits .. light dry bitter roast ... sweet toffee roast

Sample from the brewery. Appearance - like a cola. Dark brown to black, initially a head but it disappears very quickly. Not expected from a Belgian style beer. Nose - toffee and light prune note. Taste - more prunes. Brown sugar Palate - medium bodied with a sweet tangy texture and a fairly good finish though it is a bit too sweet. Overall - didn’t look like a Belgian Dubbel, but the aroma and taste was a fairly good example. On the palate it does lack the Belgian yeast tang however.

ambrato carico non molta schima grossolana discreto malto leggera nota fruttata lievi tostature caramello dolciastra fenolico poco amara
