(75 cl bottle purchased in Copenhagen) Rather big hiss when opened. Pours whith a slightly shady golden color, builds up a small white head. Acidic and sweet malty scent. Sweet malty and grainy taste, some hops towards the end of the taste cykle. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. I can’t find any buckthorn, and that usually have a very specific strong scent and taste.

Clear yellow with a nice lasting white head. Aroma is malt and some spicy fruitiness. Fruity sweet flavour with a berry acridity. Has the body of a czech pilsner, but lacks the balancing bitterness

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Clear yellow. Sweet with some buttery malt. Fruity with clean mouthfeel. Notes of honey and sugar. Salty finish. Much too sweet for a pilsener.
