Cask at cloisters. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aromas of green pepper, mango. Taste is more mango, light heat. Light sweet, spicy finish. Good balance.

Cask at cloisters. Pours clear amber, nose is light toffee and fruit, taste is sweet fruit, toffee, mango, light lingering burn.
