Cask at the bow bar... Dark brown... Thin small tan head.... Dark roast.. Soft fruits malts nose... Dark malts.. Dark roast... Dry woody malts... Light bitter fruits...

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - deep amber into chestnut. Nose - gentle pine and red fruits. . Taste - more red fruits then a liquorice or tobacco note on the finish. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy yet crunchy texture and a dry finish. It’s a bit challenging but the challenge is enjoyable. Overall - quite complex. Not expecting so many things going on in the style.
