Bottle split with James, 30/08/15. Amber with reddish hues, decent off white covering. Nose is straw, lemon rind, earthy, spice. Taste comprises rye bread, light floral, spice, citric tinged, wooded notes, faint red berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

Cask at the Egham festival... Copper.. Big Bubbly white head.... Soft dry zezty floral fruits... Light zezty salty.. Light floral yeast.. Soft fruits... Light body... But not watery.. Long salty finish
